About JJMD

JJM Design (“JJMD”) is a landscape architecture firm offering a range of services to both public and private clients.  John Meaney founded JJMD at the end of 2012 after twelve years of working for design firms in Charlottesville and Baltimore.   JJMD strives to integrate ecology and design, constructing landscapes that articulate, celebrate and embrace the unique natural and cultural qualities of a place. John’s background in natural resources management, environmental science and law has shaped his design responses to landscapes for twenty years.
